How long does the entire process take?
A lot depends on how far away the seller is. The FFL
goes standard mail to them, and it's up to you and the
seller how the firearm is shipped to us. Usually 7 to
10 business days.

How long does the background check take?
This depends on CBI. The fastest has been about 2
minutes, and the slowest has been 45 minutes. Average
is around 15 minutes.

What information is entered on the 4473 form?

. You only fill out the first
page. If you can't answer the YES/NO questions as in the
example, don't even try to purchase a firearm.

What happens if I receive a "Deny" on the
background check?
We work directly with CBI and local authorities to
prosecute any attempted purchases by individuals who
can not legally own a firearm. The firearm will not
be given to you.

Can you transfer NFA firearms?
No, we are not licensed for these types of firearms.

Will you ship a firearm out of state for me?
Yes. The same charges apply, plus actual shipping
charges will be added.
